Silicon Summit Madrid: How a well-rounded event can do wonders for marketers

On June 10th 2015 we hosted the first edition of Silicon Summit Madrid. The event took place in Torre Espacio one of the highest buildings in Madrid.

Building up to the event, a lot of buzz was generated using promotions with banners, newsletters, Social Media,…and through an attractive website http://www.siliconsummit.es/

The goal was to bring ITDMs that could learn about the New Challenges for CIOs: Cloud, Big Data, Efficiency and Mobility

Result:

  • Seven sponsor companies: Schneider Electric, Konica Minolta, BEEVA, NetApp, Intel, Veeam Software and Xtra Telecom
  • More than 170 registrants and over 40 attendees.
  • The agenda of the event included: seven keynotes and a round table with Gold Sponsors followed by a cocktail
  • As part of the Event Communication, a Partner Zone was built to increase the Sponsors brand awareness. Including pictures, videos, Case Studies and Keynotes http://www.siliconweek.es/partner-zone/silicon-summit-2015
  • Besides improving brand awareness for the sponsoring companies, the event generated highly qualified leads.
